Terms and Conditions

1. Definitions

"Platform" refers to the Fast Bingos website and application where games are conducted.

"Player" refers to any person who registers and takes part in the games offered.

"Play" refers to each daily entry that allows a player to join a game. Plays have no monetary value, are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for money or anything else of value.

"Room" refers to each game session available on the Platform.

2. Eligibility and Registration

• You must be at least 18 years old to register.
• Only one account per person is allowed. Duplicate accounts will be suspended.
• Registration requires only a valid email address, a username and a password.
• Your username is unique within the Platform and is not transferable.
• Verifying your email address is required in order to keep using the Platform.

3. Daily Plays

• Each player receives 5 plays per day to join whichever games they like.
• Plays refill automatically every midnight (Panama time) and do not carry over from one day to the next.
• Joining a room costs one play, no matter how many numbers or positions you select within that room.
• If you leave a room before the game starts, the play is returned to your account.
• Plays cannot be purchased, have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for money.

4. Game Rules

• Each Bingo room has a grid of 6, 12 or 24 numbers. Players select the numbers they want to play.
• Each number can only be selected by one player. Each player may select a limited number of numbers depending on the room size.
• The game starts automatically once every number on the grid has been selected (at least 2 players are required).
• During the game, the system draws a random number from the grid every 5 seconds. Numbers may repeat.
• A player wins when one of their selected numbers has been drawn 3 times (after a minimum number of draws depending on the room size).
• The other games on the Platform have their own rules, shown inside each room.
• In the event of a disconnection during a game, the game continues normally. A disconnected player can still win if they meet the winning condition.
• System decisions are final in the event of disputes over game results.

5. Player Conduct

• The use of automated software, bots or any tool that interferes with the normal operation of the Platform is prohibited.
• Collusion between players and any form of dishonest play is not allowed.
• Sharing accounts or allowing third parties to use your account is not allowed.
• Using multiple accounts to gain an advantage is strictly prohibited.
• Any attempt to manipulate or exploit system errors must be reported immediately.

6. Account Suspension and Closure

• We reserve the right to suspend or permanently close any account that violates these terms.
• Accounts inactive for more than 90 days may be deactivated.
• Players may request voluntary closure of their account at any time.

7. Privacy and Personal Data

• We collect your email address, your username and your game history.
• Your personal information is used solely to operate the Platform and maintain your account.
• We do not share your personal information with third parties, except where required by law.
• Your password is stored encrypted and is never visible to the administration team.

8. Responsible Gaming

• The Platform is designed for entertainment. Please play responsibly.
• The daily play limit exists to encourage moderate use of the Platform.
• If you feel that playing is affecting your wellbeing, we recommend pausing your activity.
• You may request temporary or permanent closure of your account at any time.

9. Limitation of Liability

• The Platform is provided "as is" without guarantees of continuous or error-free availability.
• We are not responsible for service interruptions, connection problems or technical errors.
• We are not responsible for misuse of the account by the player or by third parties with access to their credentials.
• The player is responsible for keeping their password and access credentials secure.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes take effect once published on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
